As raw material, I choose the Episode 1 Jedi-Council Member Eeth Koth.
I had to cut the coat away. Same the hairs until there was a bald head.
The chin was drilled and a carved piece of a toothpick placed. Plastic foiles I used for the various shields, which I cut notched. The shields I stuck with super glue (Cyanacrylat) on the figure. Then I painted the clothes in black, the head, the hands and the upper arms with a pail skin colour, Tatoos in the face and at the left upper arm. The shields, I painted with the "gun metal" colour.
